Brown Fused Alumina HD

HD is a kind of regular Brown Aluminum Oxide abrasive grains, the shape of the grain is angular and edge sharp with the medium high loose bulk density. To get the kind of grains, we specially process the ingots, separate the magnetic material, and sieve the grains carefully to get a complete range of grit sizes. As an abrasive, HD is mainly used in making vitrified bonded grinding wheels. As loose grains, it is widely used for pressure blasting, surface finish and other general industrial applications

Brown Fused Alumina HDH

It is one kind of Brown Aluminium Oxide grains with blocky grain shape and high bulk density. To get this kind of product, we calcine the regular grains at a high temperature to give a blue colour, the purpose is to renovate the crack on the surface and interior of crystal and then to improve the toughness and durability of the grains. As an abrasive, the BFA HDH is mainly used in making vitrified and organic bonded grinding wheels for working in heat sensitive metals and alloys.
